Terms of Service
This User Agreement governs the terms of use of the Internet resource located at http://play-servers.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Gaming Server Monitoring Site") between play-servers.com (referred to as the "Provider") and any legal entity or individual using the Site for the purpose of browsing, searching, and/or hosting game servers (referred to as the "User").
By registering on the Site or utilizing its services for browsing/searching game servers, the User agrees to abide by this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "UA") and accepts the rights and obligations outlined therein regarding the use of the Site.
The placement of game servers on the Site, not intended for commercial purposes, is provided free of charge unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Site, in the Agreement, and/or in any offers provided. Conversely, in the absence of specific indications on the Site, in the Agreement, and/or in any offers provided, free placement of a game server by the User indicates that it is not submitted in connection with or for the purpose of conducting commercial activities. Users are obligated to utilize the Site's capabilities in good faith and ensure that servers placed correspond to their actual objectives. Terms utilized in this Agreement:
- Internet Resource: A comprehensive software and hardware set of information designed for publication on the Internet, presented in text, graphic, or audio formats. The Internet resource is accessible to Internet users via a domain name and/or Uniform Resource Locator (URL) - a unique web address providing access to information and the associated hardware and software complex or through a corresponding mobile application.
- Site: An Internet resource enabling Users to host, search, and browse game servers. All rights to the Site are owned by the Provider.
By using the Site, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement. Failure to agree with this Agreement necessitates immediate cessation of Site use.
